What is Rentplus?
Rentplus is a rent-to-buy scheme which offers those who aspire to home ownership the real prospect of achieving their goal with discounted rents (at 80% of the open market rent) and a 10% gifted deposit from Rentplus.
Tenants will have the option to purchase their home after 5, 10, 15 or 20 years and this will be agreed at the start.
Am I eligible?
These are rent-to-buy homes so you must be working and have aspirations to buy your own home within a 5, 10, 15 or 20 year period. Priority will be given to those who can demonstrate a local connection to the area.
Our Rentplus properties will be advertised on Devon Home Choice (DHC), a lettings system that allows registered social housing applicants to bid for their property of choice. You will need to be registered with DHC to bid for a property, when it becomes available.
