How to make a payment

Your rent is due monthly in advance of the 1st day of each month and there are a number of ways you can pay us:

Online/App

Allpay is our online payments provider and you can pay your rent using your debit or credit card.

You will also need to have the 19 digit Payment Reference Number from your Cornerstone payment card.

Please contact our Customer Service Advisors if you do not have a payment card, they will be happy to order you one.

You can also download the Allpay app and pay directly via your mobile phone

Direct Debit

Paying through your own bank or building society by Direct Debit is a quick, efficient and secure way to pay your rent.

To set up a Direct Debit, please call us on 01392 273462 option 3. Payments can be set up for any date and time in the month - weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly.

By phone

Phone us on 01392 273462 option 2  you will be transferred to Allpay, pay using your debit or credit card, You will need your payment reference number from your Cornerstone payment card. Alternatively, you can download the Allpay app to your mobile phone and pay online.

Cornerstone payment card

You can use your payment card at the Post Office or a number of other available outlets. We will have provided you with a card when you moved in, if you need a new card, please text “card” to 07491163432. This card must only be used for rent payments, not for other charges such as repairs or court fees.

Cornerstone reception

Although lockdown restrictions have been eased, following feedback from staff and tenants, we have decided it would be the safest option for all to keep our office at Western Way closed to visitors for the time being. If you need to speak to someone face to face, please call our office on 01392 273462 option 3 to make a card payment, alternatively you can email us at mail@cornerstonehousing.net  for online banking details please ensure you use your Tenancy Reference number so we can allocate it to your rent account.

Please also note that our maintenance depot in Exeter cannot allow public access for health and safety reasons.
